| 2010 Section V AA Champions |

At the Footlocker Northeastern Regional Championships on Long Island last weekend, Tyler Gumina won the Boys Senior Race, while Katie Lembo won the Girls Freshman Race.
The following athletes won medals (top 25 finish) in their respective races: Melanie Redfield, Brady Sprague, Alex Crandall, Alana Schnauffer, Lindsay Heyer, Abby Bourcy, and Mike Kozlowski.
The event culminated the 2010 season and marked the most medals ever won by Penfield athletes at the Northeastern Regionals.
